Terms of Service
These terms cover the use of jeuxtech.com and the general scope of Jeux Tech client engagements. Project-specific terms (scope, fees, timeline, IP ownership) are restated in a per-client Statement of Work and Master Service Agreement.
Engagement model
- Every engagement starts with a free 30-minute evaluation call. The evaluation is non-binding for both sides.
- Project work is scoped and quoted in writing before any chargeable work begins. Quotes are fixed for the agreed scope; out-of-scope work is quoted separately.
- Where we offer post-launch support, the support window and hours are defined in the Statement of Work for that engagement.
Intellectual property
Code, design, and content created for you under a paid engagement is yours, transferred on payment. We retain rights to general patterns, libraries, and infrastructure that are not specific to your product.
Confidentiality
We treat everything you share as confidential by default. We're happy to sign a mutual NDA, ours or yours, before any project work begins.
Liability
Our liability is capped at the fees paid in the three months preceding any claim. We carry professional indemnity insurance for client engagements.
Governing law
Romanian law. Disputes resolved in Bucharest courts unless otherwise agreed.
